Craig Senyk Initiatives is proud to present our  6th Annual Toronto Jamboree for Charity! Get duded up in your best Western garb and help us celebrate as we bring you some great Canadian music – featuring the iconc Tom Cochrane – and one heck of a lot of fun.

Sponsored by Mawer Investment Management, all proceeds from this year’s Jamboree will go to support Frontier College, and their mission to to give people the literacy skills and confidence they need to reach their potential.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
An iconic Canadian musician, Tom Cochrane is best known for his solo work—when he recorded his multi-chart-topper “Life is a Highway”—and in his earlier years, his time as the front man for Red Rider. Hailing from Merlin, Ontario, Michelle Wright’s expressive voice and her distinctive style has earned her twenty‐five Top Ten radio hits, more than forty major awards (including her 2011 induction into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame) and sold millions of records. Michelle’s hit song “Take It Like a Man,” was released in February of 1992, and with it, she became the first Canadian‐born artist in the modern era of country music to have a Top Ten hit in America, a Number One video on CMT‐USA and a major U.S. music industry award (the Academy of Country Music Top New Female Vocalist 1992). A relative newcomer to the Canadian music scene, Shawnee Kish is an Indigenous Two Spirit soulful singer, that uses her music to empower. She is the winner of CBC’s 2020 Searchlight talent competition, has been celebrated as one of North America’s Top Gender Bending Artists (MTV) and named by Billboard as an Artist You Need to Know. Andrew Hyatt, hails from Sudbury, Ontario, where he worked for the Sudbury Nickel Mine. Today, he is a critically acclaimed country artist, writing and performing songs, while touring Canada. Andrew released his critically acclaimed debut album Iron & Ashes in 2017. He’s been named “Artist To Watch” by Entertainment Tonight Canada and garnered his second consecutive CMAO nomination for “Male Artist of the Year” in 2021, and a nod for “Album of the Year” in 2020.
