ABOUT THE CHARITY:

As the fundraiser for healthcare and hospitals in Calgary, Calgary Health Trust has established the Clean Hands, Giving Hearts COVID-19 Response Fund to respond to the urgent needs of our health system. During these unprecedented times, our community is needed more than ever to support areas of greatest impact in Calgary’s response to COVID-19 and the emerging healthcare needs of our community in this crisis.

Clean Hands, Giving Hearts has three pillars of focus: supporting front-line workers, protecting vulnerable populations and prioritizing the growing mental health concerns so many in our city face. Funds raised through this campaign are allocated where they are needed most, as Calgary Health Trust works closely with Alberta Health Services leadership to identify constantly emerging priorities.

Aaron Goodvin first made a name on the Canadian country music scene as a songwriter, placing a track with Luke Bryan, before stepping out as a solo artist. Growing up in the small rural community of Standard, Alberta (population around 350), there is an authenticity and humbleness to the music of Drew Gregory that is undeniable. The songs of this award-winning, Alberta country-music artist are full of down-home realism, roots and grit, that come from years spent working the land as a farmer—an aspect of his life that is deeply connected to his talent as a musician, singer and songwriter. Drew is the 2015 ACMA Male Artist of the Year, 2016 YYC Male Artist of the Year, and winner of the 2016 ACMA Album of the Year.
