ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
Paul Brandt is the most awarded male Canadian country artist in history. His 1996 debut RIAA certified Gold album “Calm Before the Storm” went on to sell one million albums internationally, propelled by the #1 single and wedding classic “I Do”. Throughout his remarkable career, Paul has always focused on using his celebrity to help and shine a light on the lives of those less fortunate; due to his countless acts of charity, Paul was presented the 2008 JUNO Award as Humanitarian of the Year. In 2017, Paul was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The Reklaws – Stuart Walker and Jenna Rae – are a Canadian brother-sister duo that took the country music scene by storm when they won the Emerging Artist Showcase at the Boots and Hearts Music Festival in Bowmanville, Ontario, in 2013. Natives of Cambridge, Ontario, their single, “Hometown Kids” shows the duo exploring the nostalgic staples of their hometown. A fun, young and energetic entry on the country music scene, the duo was accepted into the Canadian Country Music Association Discovery Program in 2013.

Alee is a rising Canadian country music star with Alberta roots. This all female, Alberta-based country music band is a true force. The artists—Tara McLeod, Katie Rox, Krista Wodelet, and Brandi Sidoryk—play their own instruments and write their own songs. Their first full-length debut album, There Goes the Neighborhood, debuted in 2017 to explosive results. ABOUT THE CHARITY:
The Children’s Grief Centre, a project by Hospice Calgary, will provide compassionate support and education to grieving children—whether grieving the loss of a parent, a sibling, a friend or a family member. Their goal is to provide the right help at the right time, assisting those in need to cope with the current effects of loss, as well as helping to mitigate potential later-life mental health issues that stem from untreated grief. The Centre is slated to launch in June 2019.
